This is the variety grown in Italy for sun-drying. Small 2 oz. tomatoes set on clusters of 7-10 that hold on the vine. Pick a whole cluster and hang it against a hot sunny wall to dry, or cut them in half and process in a dehydrator or in a minimum temperature oven. Sundried tomatoes can either be frozen or canned, and will maintain their nutritional and flavor qualities. This variety can also be made into an excellent tomato paste and taste good enough to eat fresh.
